Pourquoi voyageons-nous ? Pour fuir l\u2019ennui, pour collectionner les paysages, ou pour nourrir notre qu\u00eate d\u2019absolu ? Dans un monde o\u00f9 l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019ailleurs se fait en quelques clics, la vraie question n\u2019est plus comment partir, mais pourquoi. Depuis les ann\u00e9es 1950, le tourisme de masse s\u2019est impos\u00e9 comme norme. H\u00f4tels g\u00e9ants, vols \u00e0 bas prix, territoires transform\u00e9s en d\u00e9cors pour selfies… L\u2019industrie touristique p\u00e8se lourd : 8% des \u00e9missions mondiales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Mais au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019empreinte carbone, c\u2019est la relation au vivant qui est en jeu. Le tourisme peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la perte des cultures locales, fragiliser les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, d\u00e9shumaniser la rencontre. Pourtant, de nombreuses initiatives fleurissent : \u00e9cotourisme, slow travel, tourisme communautaire… Il y a un autre chemin, plus respectueux, plus juste.
