Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: AGADIR – Arrival and settling in – Pick-up at the airport. Check-in at the hotel, welcome and discussion of the program. Then, walk along the magnificent “Corniche d'Agadir.” Dinner and first night in Agadir.
Day 2: AGADIR – Relaxation and discovery – After breakfast, it's time to relax. Visit the city. Souk El Had, museums, the Kasbah, etc. Take time to sunbathe by the pool. Or try your hand at various water sports on this beautiful Atlantic sandy beach: surfing, jet skiing, etc. Dinner and second night in Agadir.
Day 3: Drive to OUARZAZATE (362 km) After breakfast, the adventure begins towards Ouarzazate. We'll be driving via Taroudant, covering 362 km with the Atlas Mountains on our left and the Sahara Desert on our right. The landscapes are varied, yet a bit monotonous. Perhaps we'll make a stop for lunch in Taliouine. Dinner and overnight stay in Ouarzazate.
Day 4: OUARZAZATE – Cinema and Heritage – After breakfast, discover the Kasbah Taourirt, an old 19th-century palace offering incredible views of the rocky landscape surrounding it. We will visit the CLA Studios, where several famous films were shot, including Lawrence of Arabia, Game of Thrones, The Diamond of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Asterix & Obelix: Mission Cleopatra, etc. For lunch, we will go to Morocco's most famous Kasbah, Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also known as “the Mont-Saint-Michel of the Chleuhs.” It was a mandatory stop for caravans. Dinner and overnight stay in Ouarzazate.
Day 5–6: Drive to MHAMID (257 km) Immersion in the Sahara – After breakfast, we head towards Mhamid. We'll continue our journey via Agdz, which gives us access to the Draa Valley and the great oases. The sacred gardens of Zagora are a unique place, where thousands of palm trees form a lush oasis. All along our route, the region is dotted with Ksours (fortified villages) and historic Kasbahs. The M'Hamid region is a captivating part of southern Morocco. It's the starting point for excursions to the great dunes of Erg Chigaga for long camel rides and to experience the immense expanses of golden sand. In M'Hamid, we'll escape into an authentic desert experience, where we will spend the night in a traditional Berber camp under a roof of millions of stars within reach. Dinner and 2 nights at the camp in Mhamid.
Day 7: Drive to TATA (356 km) – Culture and prehistory After breakfast, we will discover Tata and its region; a destination off the beaten path that offers an authentic experience of Morocco, its Berber culture, and its desert landscapes. It's the ideal place for travelers seeking adventure and discovery. Tata has a rich history and a deeply rooted Berber culture. There is the old quarter of the medina with its narrow streets and traditional architecture. The Ksar is also one of Tata's highlights. The region is also home to prehistoric rock paintings that testify to its long history. Dinner and overnight stay in Tata.
Day 8–9: Drive to SIDI IFNI (328 km) After breakfast, we'll head to Tadachacht, a picturesque place located in the spectacular Atlas Mountains. We'll pass through green valleys, rivers, and waterfalls. It's an ideal region for hiking and trekking enthusiasts. Finally, we'll arrive at Sidi Ifni, this charming coastal town on the edge of the Atlantic. Sidi Ifni is famous for its immaculate beaches lined with golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Beaches like Legzira and Mirleft offer ideal conditions for swimming, relaxing, and water sports. Sidi Ifni also has a unique charm thanks to its Art Deco architecture inherited from the Spanish colonial period and a lively fish market where you can enjoy fresh and tasty seafood. There are also cliffs and rock formations along the coast that offer spectacular views during sunsets. Dinner and 2 nights in Sidi Ifni.
Day 10: Return to AGADIR (173 km)After breakfast, we'll return to Agadir. You'll have some free time. Dinner and the last night in Agadir.
Day 11: AGADIR – Breakfast, then transfer to Agadir airport and return flight.
