Cancellation and refund policy
refund policy for Our Tourism and Reservation Products :
Cancellation by the customer:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before booking start date: full refund
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the start of the reservation: refund of 50%
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the reservation: no refund
Cancellation by the service provider:
- In the event of cancellation by the service provider, the customer will receive a full refund and alternative booking options will be offered if possible.
Change in booking conditions:
- Should conditions change after booking, the customer will have the option of modifying the booking or cancelling with a full refund.
Cancellation fees:
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be applied for cancellations made after the free cancellation period.
Refund procedures:
- The refund will be processed within 5 working days of the customer's request and made by the same method of payment used for the booking.
